Our highly skilled service technicians, combined with a state of the art purpose built workshop, provide the right combination for top-class servicing of your vehicle. We offer a complimentary drop off and pick up service while your vehicle is being serviced or, with notice, a loan car can also be booked.
While we work on your vehicle we will be using genuine parts, protective covers and all fluids required will be of the highest quality as recommended by the manufacturer. Your car will also be returned to you washed and vacuumed. If you would like to be contacted via text when your vehicle is ready for collection, speak to us about this convenient service when you book your car in.
We offer a range of different services from scheduled interval services and quick checks, to special safety checks prior to you going on holidays.

Volkswagen Roadside Assistance:

Volkswagen Roadside Assistance is a comprehensive program available for new Volkswagen purchases that guarantees your mobility when you're travelling on the road irrespective of age, mileage or model. The program is active for the duration of your warranty for new car owners.
If your Volkswagen is pre-owned or your vehicle is outside of its warranty, you can reactivate your Volkswagen Roadside Assistance simply by servicing your vehicle with us! You'll be covered again until your next service is due.
So if you buy a new Volkswagen from us and then carry out your servicing with us, you're pretty much covered for as long as you own the vehicle!
Rather than finding a tow truck in the dead of night, relying on friends or family or simply counting on someone to stop and help, a single free call will have assistance on the way to get you and your Volkswagen mobile again.
Volkswagen and the New Zealand Automobile Association, New Zealand's most respected motoring advocate have joined forces to create the Volkswagen Roadside Assistance Programme.

How will it help me?
If your Volkswagen is immobilised for any reason (even mislaid keys, lack of fuel or a puncture) one phone call to Volkswagen Assistance will quickly provide help - anywhere in New Zealand.
If you're 100 kms or more from home, and the problem can't reasonably be repaired within 24 hours, we will provide:

  • Transport to the nearest authorised Volkswagen dealer or your home.
  • Up to 3 nights accommodation for yourself and those travelling with you.
  • A rental car for up to three days or alternative ground transport home or on to your destination.

If you break or lose your key we'll arrange for the services of a reliable locksmith.
If your windscreen shatters we will refer you to the nearest authorised Volkswagen repairer.
We'll provide 24 hour access to trained medical staff who will advise you by phone. We can help arrange hospital admission, transfer your medical records, help get treatment nearer to home, or talk with your family doctor, relatives and friends anywhere in New Zealand.
In an emergency, we can help! We'll assist in cancelling and re-issuing credit cards, transferring urgent messages, or transporting replacement clothing to you.
We will pass on any urgent messages so family and friends won't worry about you.
