W.R. Phillips Volkswagen Tayron Weekend Away - Terms & Conditions

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 25 years and over. One entry per person is permitted via QR code scan, with one additional entry available by posting a photo with the Volkswagen Tayron leg cut-outs on social media and tagging W.R. PhillipsTaranaki or using #TayronYourWay. Employees of W.R. Phillips and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The prize includes the use of a Volkswagen Tayron demo vehicle with a full tank of fuel from 4:00pm Friday to 8:00am Monday and one night's accomodation for up to two adults and two children, subject to availability and a $200 Dinner Voucher. The Promotion will run from Monday 9^th February 2026 to Sunday 1^st March 2026. The winner must hold a current full New Zealand driver license and comply with all license conditions and demo vehicle insurance requirements. An insurance excess applies.

The vehicle is for private use only and must remain within the Taranaki region. Off-road driving, towing, unauthorised drivers, smoking, vaping, eating, or pets inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

The winner is responsible for all traffic infringements, fine, tolls, and any applicable insurance excess incurred during the prize period. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Any damage will be the responsibility of the winner.

Accomodation is non-transferable, not reddemable for cash, and excludes additional costs such as meals, beverages, and incidentals. By acccepting the prize, the winner consents W.R. Phillips Volkswagen capturing and using photographs and/or video of the winner for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media and digital channels, without compensation.

The winner will be drawn, announced on W.R. Phillips Volkswagen social media, and contacted by phone on 13 March. If contact cannot be made within 24 hours, the prize may be redrawn.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final. W.R. Phillips Volkswagen reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
